Project: Type portrait

Brief: Create a portrait of a celebrity using only their famous quotes or song lyrics

For this project I used Ol' Blue Eyes - Frank Sinatra. He's one of my favorite singers from that period, and I adore The Rat Pack. He also had a lot of humorous quotes and lyrics to draw from.

Part of the project brief was creating the portrait in black and white with one optional pop of color. This color had to be purposeful and make sense for our chosen figure. Logically, I leaned into Frank's nickname - Ol' Blue Eyes.

I still plan to colorize this project and test it out in different applications.
